Since 2011, the Circulation(s) festival has been exploring contemporary issues through the eyes of emerging European photographers. Once again this year, by presenting 26 artists of 15 different nationalities, the Fetart collective, creator and
artistic director of the festival, offers an open artistic vision, rich in contrasts and trends.
For this 16th edition, the invitation is given to Ireland with the presentation of series by four artists from this territory.
